Since PB E-bike launched a new motor system- BIFS, we have reached a new standard in electrically powered bicycle technology. With the help of international insitutions and new developments from companies in Japan, China and Austria, we are able to offer our BIFS bicycle motor drive system to the European market to complement our existing range of PB E-bikes and pedelec bikes.
Taking advantage of our in-house production and final inspection capability at Fuerstenfeld in Austira, we can guarantee a top quality and quick service network in the European market for the BIFS motor system as well as our whole range of electric bikes. BIFS motor systems are not only tailored for our own brand of PB E-bikes and pedelec bikes, which are manufactured by reputable European bicycle manufacturers, but are also available as conversion kits, suitable for most bikes currently available in the market.
Battery Pack and Specifications:
The battery is one of the most important parts of an electric bicycle. We have designed a light weight high quality battery pack weighing only 1.7Kg that provides optimum weight and performance using Panasonic Lithium-Ion Cell technology. The battery Pack can be fully charged in 3-4 hours between 300 and 800 times and has a range of 30 to 60 Kilometers. (according to the condition and the driver's weight).

High performance direct drive generative hub motor developed for Japanese high speed train Shinkansen (no gears or brushes);
Motion submitted: The gear selector in conjunction with the riding force on the pedals enables the data from patented Torque sensor to be processed in the 32-bit CPU to maintain the selected road speed;
Regeneration: In the operation mode “Auto” and “Charge” the micro computer system allows an automatically regulated energy charge for the battery at speeds of 10 km/h and above. This will also provide continuously variable braking, which can maintain speeds of 15-20 km/h.
Motor support: The motor operates at up to 20 km/h with an exchangeable torque of 1:1 to 1:3 and decreases linearly to zero up to 25km/h.

- Automatic Sleep Mode: if the e-bike is not used for more than 5minutes the power will be reduced and the motor will enter into a low consumption state automatically;
- The maintenance free motor is completely sealed allowing use in wet conditions . The automatic thermal protection prevents the motor from overheating.
